Effect observation of enalapril combined with nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To observe the efficacy of enalapril combined with nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hyper- tension. Methods 120 cases patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 60 cases. Control group were given oral enalapril,treatment group,on the basis of control group,were given nifedipine GITS o- ral. Observed the clinical efficacy and the situation of blood pressure improve of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group( 95. 0%) was higher than that of control group( 81. 7%),the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). After treatment,blood pressure of 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and treatment group were lower than con- trol group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of enalapril and nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hypertension is significant,no significant adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
