Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of erythromycin and azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Choose 300 cases of pediatric patients from January 2008 to April 2011 for treatment at our hospital for the study.Divide them into two groups(red adriamycin with azithromycin sequential therapy group) and control group 150 patients(azithromycin group) 150 patients randomly by symptoms,signs checks and laboratory examinations confirmed as Mycoplasma pneumonia.And statistics and compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients and the incidence of adverse effects.Results The group treatment control group,P0.05,there is significant difference.Compared to two groups of patients in the incidence of adverse reactions,P0.05,there is no significant difference.Conclusion Erythromycin and azithromycin sequential therapy in the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is effective,and it should be used in clinical application.
