Abstract

Objective To study the effect of erythromycin and azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Erythromycin and azithromycin sequential therapy and the tradition erythromycin and azithromycin combined treatment of 224 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were performed,and the patients' data were analyzed retrospectively.Results The patients in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the total efficiency was 96.82%,with short treatment cycle.Conclusion Erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy is effective to improve the treatment effect of patients,and reduce the adverse situation of patients during treatment.
