Research on the Employment Situation of Normal University Graduates and Countermeasures

This article sets out from the change of the normal university graduates employment structure,analyzes the causes of the normal university graduates employment difficulties,and proposes some strategies that may promote employment and that are easy to operate: strengthen the education of career aspirations and professional liability,adjust specialty setting and training modes,expand employment channels,improve the employability and competitiveness,cultivate professional literacy and skills,change the concept of employment,and adjust the employment expectations.
