Analysis and Strategies of Present Employment Situation of Graduates from Physical Education College

Based on the investigation into the employment situation of graduates from Physical Education College of Jimei University from year 2004 to 2006,this paper analyzes the status quo and features of career seeking of P.E.students and proposes some countermeasures concerned.We should perfect the employment guidance system and help graduates to get a clear understanding of the employment situation and adjust their career concept,meanwhile improve graduates' overall qualities and employment competence.
