Analysis and Suggestions about Employment Situation of Chinese University Graduates

Based on the investigation into employment of Chinese university graduates, the employment situation, existent problems and development tendency as well as the present issues are systematically analyzed. To meet the requirement of setting up a new employment system for university graduates, which features talent market orientation and employment choice on one's own, some countermeasures and suggestions are presented on establishing such a new system. The new employment system, which is associated with three aspects - governments, employers and universities, is expected to conform with China's actual situation and to be helpful for full employment of university graduates.
