Keeping Abreast of Times to Create a New Situation for University Graduates' Employment

Abstract

University graduates' employment is vital to the existence and development of universities. With the deepening of employment reformation, the situation of university graduates' employment is becoming more and more severe.Thus,it is an important task for employment guidance departments to study how to improve the overall quality of the university students and their abilities to obtain employment. This paper discusses how to do a good job of university graduates' employment by establishing proper employment organization, strengthening employment guidance and improving the students'overall quality.
