Abstract

Objective:To detect the contents of hyaluronic acid(HA),Laminin(LN) and probe their role in the pathologic course of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:The serum HA and LN from 37 patients with CRF and 40 healthy adults were measured by RIA.T test was used in data(x±s) analysis.Results:The HA and LN in CRF serum evidently increased than those of normal controls,respectively(P0.01).The contents of HA and LN (x±s) were higher 5~10 time than normal control in oliguria or anuria stages.After hemadialysis,the contents of HA and LN obviously decreased than that of before(P0.01).Conclusion:HA and LN were two important components of extracellular matrix(ECM) which exessive producuton accelerate ECM deposition and participate the renal in jury of CRF.The hemedialysis therapy can eliminate the HA and LN and relieve the patients condition with CRF.Anti ECM or stimulatiny the degradation of ECM would be a promise method for the CRF therapy in the future.
