Research of change of levels of serum hyaluronic acid,laminin,type III precollagen,type IV collagen,tissue inhibitor of matrix metallo proteinase and its early diagnostic significance for renal fibrosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of determination of serum levels of renal fibrosis markers hyaluronic acid (HA),laminin (LN),type Ⅲ precollagen (PCⅢ),type Ⅳ collagen (CⅣ) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metallo proteinase (TIMP-1) in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods Collected the serum of patients from control group and chroic kidney disease,to assay the level of SCr.BUN、CCr、Cyst C andβ2-MG in blood serum of different group patients with RIA and ELISA,and assay the change of HA,PC Ⅲ,LN,CⅣ and TIMP-1,and analysis the correlation in the different indicators,to compare the serum level of HA,PCⅢ,LN,CⅣ and TIMP-1 in these groups of chroic kidney disease of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Results Sorum levels of HA,PC Ⅲ,LN,C Ⅳ and TIMP-1 in chronic kidney disease stage one were significantly higher than the controls( P ＜0.05).Multiple correlation analysis indicated:HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ and TIMP-1 were correlatd withβ2-MG and Cyst C(r = 0.664,0.458,0.566,0.369,0.408,all P＜0.05).Conclusion With the aggravation of the glomerular filtration rate the levels of serum HA,PC Ⅲ,LN,CⅣ and TIMP-1 elevated also,especially in earty stages (stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ )of chronic kidney diseases.So we think these indicators maybe belpfud for diagnosis of renal fibrosis.
