Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Rivanol termination of the mid-term pregnancy with Mifepristone and Misoprostol. Methods:From June 2008 to September 2009 in our station,118 cases of pregnant women to terminate pregnancy were selected, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,59 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with Rivanol,Mifepristone and Misoprostol combination therapy, the control group was used Rivanol alone, the total production process and induced abortion effects of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group, the overall delivery process of the observation group was significantly shorter, the differences was statically significant(P0.05).At the same time, compared with the control group, the success rate of the observation group was significantly higher, the differences was statically significant(P0.05).The overall rate of successful induction of labor of two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Rivanol termination of the mid-term pregnancy with Mifepristone and Misoprostol is an effective and reliable method.
