Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of mifepristone rivanol mid-pregnancy termination of.Methods Totally 152 patients with mid-term induction of labor in our hospital patients were randomly divided into two groups to observe the group of 76 cases (mifepristone rivanol),control group 76 cases (simply using Rivanol),two groups were compared. Results The observe group has higher success rate,a short time injection to the fetus and discharged, the uterus clear rate is low, less bleeding, statistically significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone rivanol for the medium-term pregnancy, induced abortion is superior to simple rivanol abortion, worthy to be popularized.
