Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of colposcopy in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of screening for cervical cancer. Methods From September 2009 to August 2011,896 cases with severe inflammation in TCT examination and above the result adopted colposcope examination, and 182 positive cases received location biopsy with colposcope, the histological diagnosis as the gold standard. Results The sensitivity for colposcopy diagnosis of CIN was 91.89%,the specificity was 93.79%,the negative predictive value was 97.84%,the positive predictive value was 79.07%.The sensitivity of Condyloma and SPI was 87.50%,the specificity was 96.67%,the negative predictive value was 97.32%,the positive predictive value was 84.85%.Conclusions It is important of colposcopy in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia diagnosis, combining with TCT,it can improve the diagnostic rate of cervical disease, reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
