Abstract
Objective To discuss the screening value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods From Jan,2009 to Dec,2011,458 cases with abnormal cervical cytology were selected randomly from gynecology clinic, which received colpocopy and biopsy,in contrast to the diagnosis of histology standard. Results 32 cases were CINⅡ,14 cases were CINⅢ,and 11 cases were cervical cancer according to pathological examination.175 cases were LISL,37 cases were HISL,and 7 cases were cervical cancer by TCT.The sensitivity was 54.38%,and the specificity was 96.76% of TCT in the diagnosis of HISL and so on.27 cases were CINⅡ,9 cases were CINⅢ,and 10 cases were cervical cancer under colposcopy. The sensitivity and specificity of coloscopy for CIN( = CINⅡ) was 63.16% and 97.5%.It was x2 = 0.905 between two groups(p 0.05).Conclusion There is high sensitivity and specificity in the screening of colpocopy in the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. It is simple, convenient, safe and cheap, also exactly effective, which deserve the clinical expansion.
