Abstract
Objective To study the effect of U0126 on cytobiological characteristics of SGC-7901.Methods To determine effect of U0126 on SGC-7901 cell proliferation by MTT.Flow cytometry was used to detect influence of U0126on SGC-7901 cell cycle and apoptosis.The change of p42/44,p38,p-p42/44 and p-p38 was analyzed by Western blot.Results 10,15,20μM U0126 can restrain SGC-7901 cell proliferation,decrease S and G2/M phase cell ratio and increase G0/G1 phase cell ratio.U0126 can induce tumor cell apoptosis and have a most powerful apoptosis in 20μM(P0.01).U0126 can decrease p-p42/44 and increase p-p38.Conclusion U0126 can induce tumor cell apoptosis and inhibit cell proliferation.
