Abstract
Objective:To explore the different age levels of serum β2-MG and β2-MG significance for diagnosis of malignant tumor. Methods:Determined by immune turbidimetry control group, tumor Serum β2-MG,and the results for statistical analysis. Results:Different age groups, serum concentrations of different β2-MG.The same age, tumor serum β2-MG ferry degrees higher than the normal control group. The various kinds of tumors, the NPC group, liver group, malignant lymphoma group the highest positive rate.Conelusion:Serum β2-MG concentration is age-related,thus the impact of age can not be ignored.β2-MG is a valuable diagnostic marker of malignancy.
