Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sodium ozagrel to acute cerebral infarction and its influence on patients, inflammatory factors in blood plasma. Methods Fifty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled into our study and were randomly divided into two groups:twenty-eight patients were treated with sodium ozagrel 80mg ivgtt qd ×14 d,NS 250 mL plus ASA 0.1 g po qd × 14 d as tested group;while twenty-eight patients in the control group who were treated with ASA 0.1g po qd × 14 d ;The effectiveness was evaluated according to the nervous defect standard(NDS) after 14 d,s treatment; The level of IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α in all patients, blood plasma were determined the day before and 14 days after treatment. Results After two weeks treatment,The general effective rate of the therapeutic group and the control one was92.86% and 78.57% respectively, the former is much higher than the latter with statistical significance(P0.01 or P0.05);Compared to pretreatment, the level of IL-6、IL-8 and TNF-α in blood plasma decreased significantly in both group, and those of therapeutic group were much lower than that of control group after 14days treatment(P0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of sodium ozagrel combined with aspirin is satisfied, which can decrease canneurologic impairment grade of acute cerebral infarction patients, and is deserved of extended applyment.
