Acutobin Combined with Ozagrel Sodium for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy and safety of acutobin combined with ozagrel sodium for acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and combination therapy group(n=44). Control group were given intravenous injection of ozagrel sodium 80 mg twice a day for 14 days. Ozagrel sodium group were given intravenous injection of acutobin 0.75 IU and ozagrel sodium 80 mg twice a day for 14 days. Neurological damage, blood rheology, fibrinogen, PAG in each group was detected before and after treatment while adverse drug reactions were observed. RESULTS: Neurological damage, blood rheology and fibrinogen in combination therapy group were decreased significantly, compared with control group(P0.01 or P0.05). PAG of both groups were decreased(P0.05). CONCLUSION: Acutobin combined with ozagrel sodium is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
