Abstract
Objective In order to study relationship between semen volume, sperm concentration, motility, a,b grade motile sperm concentration and antisperm antibody in Infertile patients. Methods Semen analysis and antisperm antibody were measured and analyzed in 3253 infertile men. Results The results showed that the positive rates of AsAb significantly increased when semen volume, sperm concentration , motility, a,b grade motile sperm concentration significantly decreased ( P 0.05).Semen volume,Sperm concentration,motility,a,b grade motile sperm concentration of AsAb(+)group were higher than that of AsAb(-)group( P 0.05). Conclusion Antisperm antibody could affect semen volume , sperm concentration , motility, a,b grade motile sperm concentration.
