Abstract
Objective: To study the anti-sperm antibodies(AsAb) on the main parameters of semen. Methods: 3~6 days of abstinence of patients with male infertility, semen samples sperm quality and seminal plasma anti-sperm antibodies, the anti-sperm antibodies were detected.Anti-sperm antibody-negative subgroup of patients with the main parameters of a comparative analysis of semen were carried out. Results: Male infertility anti-sperm antibody-positive sperm density,a+b-class sperm percentage, sperm motility rate was significantly lower than that of negative group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion: Anti-sperm antibodies inhibit sperm production,on the role of sperm agglutination and braking to reduce sperm motility and survival,is one of the main male infertility.
