Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study the anti-aging effects of KOTAIS on model mice by measuring SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、MDA levels of blood.METHODS:Random groups were prepared by weight for 5 groups and were given normal,D-galactose,and the low and middle and high of KOTAIS.Interrelated senile indexes were measured after successively give medicine for 60 days.RESULTS:Every dose group is able to improve the activities of SOD and GSH-Px and CAT and decrease the level of MDA in blood of all mice. The effects of anti-aging is very obviously for middle dose group.CONCLUSION:KOTAIS has anti-aging effects by eliminating free radicals.
