Abstract

Antioxidant effect of rice peptide was studied through the model of aging mice induced by D galactose.CAT,MDA and SOD in serum of aging mice were observed. Results showed 400mg/kg rice peptide could significantly improve the vitali of CAT(p0.05) and SOD(p0.05) in the aging mice serum, reduce the content of MDA(p0.01).Rice peptide could suppress symptoms of aging on mice by antioxidant effects.
