Abstract
[Objective]To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on the treatment of negative mood and quality of life among middle-aged patients with coronary intervention. [Methods] 62 middle-aged patients whose heart would receive interventional treatment were randomly divided into two groups( 31 cases in each group). The patients in intervention group were given conventional treatment,antipsychotic drugs and comprehensive psychological intervention; the control group was given conventional treatment and oral placebo. The degree of depression,anxiety and other emotions of patients in two groups before and after operation were compared by the scores of SAS.[Results]①SAS scores in intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). ②SCL-90 scores of part of the factors in intervention group after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment( P 0. 01). ③The total efficiency rate of intervention group( 86. 3%) after treatment was higher than that of the control group( 55. 6%),the difference was statistically significant( P 0.05).[Conclusion]The middle-aged patients with coronary intervention exist varying degrees of fear,anxiety,emotional lability,depression,self-abasement,interpersonal relationships and other mental health problems,comprehensive psychological intervention can significantly improve the negative psychology and emotion,promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life.
