Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of psychological intervention on the negative emotion and quality of life before and after the coronary intervention treatment.Methods 120 patients selected from Guilin People′s Hospital were randomly divided into psychological intervention group(n=60)and control group(n=60),the conversation records and anxiety self-assessment table(SAS),Zung Self-Rating Depression(SDS),the symptomsevaluation form(SCL-90)and the quality of life(CARES-SF)score evaluation were adopted to assess the patients of the two groups.Results Psychological intervention after psychological intervention group of patients with anxiety and depression SAS,SDS scores and CARES-SF score of the intervention group were all lower than before the intervention with statistically significant difference(P0.05);while there were no obvious changes in the control group.SCL-90 score of the intervention group were significantly lower than before the intervention(P0.01),no obvious change in the control group.Conclusion Psychological intervention not can only extend life length and improve the quality of life of patients who received coronary intervention,but also strengthen the confidence and immunity of the patient,thus is worthy of promotion in clinical.
