Abstract

Objective To analyze psychological and behavioral intervention effects on mood and quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Methods 140 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received addational psychological and behavioral interventions. To assess the emotional status of the two groups of patients as well as quality of life scale. Results Breast cancer patient's emotional status and quality of life are poor before the intervention and control groups was observed in patients with SDS were( 66. 87 ± 15. 22) and( 48. 66 ± 11. 21),respectively,after the intervention( 58. 79 ±13. 23) and( 47. 85 ± 10. 42); intervention group and control group was observed before the SAS were( 63. 54 ± 14. 86) and( 47. 36 ± 10. 23),and after the intervention were( 55. 69 ± 12. 34) and( 46. 38 ± 9. 89),compared to the situation improved after the intervention,the observation group significantly better than the control group,P 0. 05. Psychological intervention,the observation group and control group patients in the emotional function,role function,general health,and social functioning was significantly( P 0. 05),in the psychological intervention after psychological intervention scores were higher than before; But the two groups patients in sleep,pain,loss of appetite field score has declined,the group difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Patients after radical mastectomy suffered a high degree of depression and anxiety. psychological and behavioral interventions could effectively improve patient's emotional status and quality of life,as to be of great help in the rehabilitation of patients and wothy of further clinical practice.
