Effects of psychological intervention on patients of coronary intervention

Objective To investigate the effects of psychological intervention on coronary patients with psychological problems and rate of complications occurrence.Methods One hundred coronary interventions were randomly divided into psychological intervention group and control group.Interventional treatment was performed in the patients of psychological intervention group,in addition to regular health education and supervision.The conduct of psychological intervention,the use of symptom checklist(SCL-90),self-rated anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rated depression scale(SDS) were used before the start of the intervention and discharge treatment to get the psychological status determination.And the occurrence of complications in each group were also calculated.Results The SCL-90 somatization,obsessive compulsive,depression,anxiety,hostility and other items of the score,the SAS and SDS scores in patients of psychological intervention group were significantly lower than those in the total control group(P0.05),the total incidence of low blood pressure and other complications in psychological intervention group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Appropriate psychological intervention for improving quality of life and prevention of complications have a positive effect.
