Abstract

Objective:To discuss the effective method of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) at high risk. Methods:The circs of 32 cases of BPH at high risk treated by transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) were analyzed. Results: 32 cases were prepared adequately before operation, 31cases safely through the operative period, one case of atria fibrllation was aggravated after operation .Post-operative international prostate symptom score (IPSS)were improved ,while maximum urinary flow rates were significantly increased. Conclusions:TURP is a effective and safe treatment for BPH at high risk.
