Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of diabetes and high blood glucose after cerebral infarction to acute cerebral infarction.Method We chose 117 cases of patients with cerebral infarction, divided into 10 cases in the group with diabetes,21 cases in the group with high blood glucose, and 86 cases in the comparison group, specific clinical material of these 3 groups,we carried on the corresponding statistics processing. Results In Scandinavian stroke scale, the score of diabetes and high blood glucose group was lower than that of comparison group,in addition, the merger risk of complications and mortality rate of diabetes and high blood glocosc group was higher than those of conuparison group, and the difference was statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Acute cerebrovascular disease may result in patients with blood glucose, and high blood glucose will further make brain injury aggravated, the cerebral infarction patients, active high blood glucose control can help to block the vicious cycle.
