Abstract

Objective To study the type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction and efficacy in patients with cere bral infarction and diabetes complications. Methods From January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction in patients 32 cases,as the observation group,in the same period,non-diabetic patients with cerebral infarction 32 cases,as the control group, the blood lipids, blood sugar and blood pressure changes were compared before and after treatment. Results The cure rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the complications of the number of cases of the observation group was significantly more than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction compared with non-diabetic cerebral infarction cure rate is low, more complications,Therefore, clinicians should be taken to control blood sugar, blood pressure, adjusting blood lipids and blood uric acid and appropriate anti coagulant,anti-platelet and comprehensive treatment in order to reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.
