Abstract

Objective The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between the level of blood glucose and the clinical in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods The all patients were randomly divided into 3 groups by the blood glucose on empty stomach in hospital on first day:the normal blood glucose group, the A group of high blood glucose, the B group of high blood glucose. The scores of nervous system defect were evaluated before treatment,on seventh day, fourteenth day after treatment, and study the relationship between the blood glucose, age, the scores of complication and clinical. Results The higher level of blood glucose with acute cerebral infraction patients, the higher scores of complication, nervout system defect, the less effect of chinical. Conclusion The therapy of antiglucose may enhance the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction, the measure of taking positive precaution against diabetes and treating it was one of effective methods in prevening acute cerebral infarction.
