Abstract
A new process is implemented to leach the molybdenum residue by oxygen pressure alkaline leaching. The optimum technological conditions are as follows: leaching temperature is 453 K,leaching period is 2 hours, partial pressure of oxygen is 200 kPa,L∶ S is 2,the moral ratio(Na2CO3/Mo) is 2.5.Molybdenum extraction is more than 96%.The pressure leaching process has the advantages of leaching molybdenum, environmentally friendly, high economic returns, and etc.
