Abstract
The leaching of molybdenum from molybdenite concentrate by alkaline pressure leaching was studied. The effects of NaOH dosage, liquid to solid ratio, leaching temperature, pressure and reaction time on leaching rate of molybdenum were examined. The best leaching conditions were NaOH excess coefficient of 1.12,liquid to solid ratio of 7∶1,temperature of 180 ℃,oxygen partial pressure of 0.5 MPa,total pressure of 0.9~1.2 MPa,stirring rate of 550 r/min,leaching time of 5 h.Under these conditions, the leaching rate of molybdenum reached 98.58%.
