Abstract
Pressure alkaline leaching was introduced to extract molybdenum from ammonia leaching residues after molybdenum was treated by ammonia leaching process for three times.The effects of leaching agent,temperature,time and catalyst on the leaching rate of molybdenum were investigated.The best leaching conditions of molybdenum were as follows: the addition amount of Na2CO3 was 30%,liquid-solid ratio was 3,the addition amount of catalyst A was 6%,the temperature was 180 ℃ and leaching time was 1 h.Under these conditions the leaching rate of molybdenum reached 98%,and the leaching rate of molybdenum from four cycling leaching experiments were all above 98%.
