Abstract

The nickel-leaching residue was treated by alkaline pressure oxidation process for extracting molybdenum. The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, leaching time, leaching temperature, oxygen pressure and sodium carbonate substitution fraction on molybdenum leaching rate were studied. The experimental results show that by sodium hydroxide concentration 100 g / L,liquid-solid ratio 3∶ 1,leaching temperature 80 ℃,leaching time2. 0 h,oxygen pressure 700 k Pa and stirring speed 500 r / min,a molybdenum leaching rate of over 97 % can be reached.
