Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Butylphthalide and Shuxuetong in treating acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction. Methods 84 cases of patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from August,2011 to August,2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 42 cases in each.On the basis of routine treatment, the treatment group was given Butylphthalide 200 mg taken orally, three times a day,and Shuxuetong 6 ml in saline 250 ml by intravenous drip once a day;the control group was given Shuxuetong 6 ml in saline 250 ml by intravenous drip once a day. Both groups were treated for 14 days,a course of treatment. The efficacies of the two groups before and after the treatment were assessed according to Neurological Function Defect Scale(NFDS).Results The scores of neural function defect of each group before treatment were different from those after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment, the scores of the treatment group were different from those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).And no obvious adverse reaction was found in both groups before and after the treatment. Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with Shuxuetong significantly improves the efficacy without obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction, which can be applied widely.
