Study of Shuxuetong Injection on Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective It is to observe the curative effects safety of shuxuetong injection on progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 100 cases of acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each.The treatment group was given shuxuetong injection by intravenous drip,the control group was given compound danshen injection by intravenous drip,other treatment was the same.Two groups were examined before and after treatment in the degree of neural function defect score(CSS) and coagulation test.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 88% higher than that of the control group(62%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment with 3d,7d,14d CSS score comparison,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).In two groups before and after treatment of plasma fibrinogen,platelet count,clotting time,prothrombin time,there were no significant differences between them(P0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong on progressive cerebral infarction is effective and safe.
