A clinical observation of neurological function improved by Shuxuetong injection in treatment patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its mechanism.Methods 63 patients with auite cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(31 cases).Treatment group was done with Shuxuetong injection.The control group was treated with Subilin injection.And two groups were treated with routine therapy.Results The effective rates were 90.63% and 90.32% in treatment group and control group.Its difference had no significancy(P[WTBZ]0.05).It was significantly different(P0.01) compared hyponeuria before treatment with that after treatment;Neurological function improvement of the two group after treatment was not signigicantly different(P0.05).Conclusion It has identical clinical effects that the Shuxuetong injection and the Subilin injection treat the patients with auite cerebral infarction.Shuxuetong can improve injection neurological function,reduce handicap rate,extenuate handicap level.
