Abstract
An inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of rutin was proposed. The method was based on the inhibition of rutin to the discoloring reaction of acid bordeaux R oxidized by potassium periodate solutions. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were studied in detail. The linear range was 0.02~0.4 μg/mL with the detection limit of 5.0×10~(-9) g/mL. The method was applied to determine the trace rutin in sophorine and pharmacertical preparations.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
