Abstract
A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry method for the determination of rutin was proposed based on the catalysis of rutin to the discoloring reaction of isatin oxidized by potassium dichromate in HCl solutions. The linear range of the determination is 3×10 -3-9×10 -2μg/mL and 0.10- 1.00μg/mL with detection limit of 3×10 -3μg/mL.The method was applied to determine the trace rutin in pharmacertical preparations.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
