Treatment of Senile Primary Hypertension with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide:Observation of Curative Effect of 60 Case

Objective To investigate the combined irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in elderly patients with essential hypertension and its mechanism and clinical significance.Methods 120 elderly patients treated hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,60 patients in the observation group application hydrochlorothiazide irbesartan treatment combined treatment,the control group received hydrochlorothiazide treatment,observed changes in blood pressure after treatment,and to compare differences in the efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,blood pressure was significantly lower than control group after treatment group significantly better than the control group,and adverse reactions.Conclusion Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide United elderly patients with essential hypertension was significantly less adverse reaction and is worthy of promotion.
