The methods and experience of launching "high-quality nursing demonstration project" pilots in our Hospital

In order to implement high-quality nursing demonstration project of Ministry of Public Health and basic nursing responsibility, by mobilizing all staffs and making implementation plan according to the realities of the Hospital, our Hospital is having a actively reform through amending nursing duties and rules, adjusting the scheduling mode, simplifying nursing writing instruments and salary performance assessment to intensify nursing management, standard nursing behavior, highlight nursing characteristic, deepen nursing reform, improve the nursing quality ,increase the quality of nurses and the satisfaction of patients.
