Abstract
Objective To fully perform nursing duties and provide high quality nursing services.Methods The project of demonstration ward with high quality nursing service was carried out in the department of gastroentrology by revising the nursing duties and falling into place responsibility,earnestly implementing the basic nursing duties and enhancing the management of nursing,and expanding the content of care service as well.Results Patients' satisfaction to the nursing service and nurses' ensuring the consciousness to the basic nursing were elevated by further determining the connotation of high quality nursing service.Conclusion The project of demonstration ward with high quality nursing service contributes to promoting the project of high quality nursing service and improving the holistic nursing quality.
