The essence of launching the high quality nursing service in hospitals is the implementation of clinical nursing mode and nurse management reform.The paper analyzed the importance of the high quality nursing service in hospitals,and it indicates that the implement of the High Quality Nursing Service is an activity of public hospital reform.In the nursing reform,the nursing care model must be improved,and provide the continuing,comprehensive and professional nursing care,which is according to the patients' needs.On the other hand,the nursing management should be improved,including nursing resource management,performance evaluation of nursing staffs,the motivation and nursing career ladder establishment,in order to enhance the nursing workforce.
