Preliminary practice of "quality care demonstration projects" in our hospital

Objective To implement nursing duties to the full and provide nursing services.Methods In 9 wards,the activities of quality care demonstration projects were implemented through revising nursing duties,rules,and procedures,implementing work with duties and making basic nursing duties practical and feasible,strengthening the management of nursing and human resources,reforming salary and rewards systems,using nurses according to hierarchical levels and expanding the content of nursing services.Results The satisfaction of patients with nursing work and the understanding of nurses about basic nursing work were increased.The connotation of nursing was clear.Conclusion The preliminary practice of quality care demonstration projects improve the of nursing.
