Abstract

This parer discusses the characteristics of the intellectual economy,pointing out that intellectual economy is the inevitable outcome of the development of labor fouce and the latter is closely related to the fostering of innovative ability.The paper porposes that in training such talents in the environment of intellectual economy,new educational ideology,new talent ideology,new higher education evaluation system and implementation of human-orientededucational notion be constructed.
