Adopting the National Intellectual Property Strategy and Vigorously Reforming the Mode of IP Talent Cultivation

The cultivation of intellectual property talent is a complex systematic project.The research result shows that intellectual property talent training work has got more attention in each college and the concept of it has been developed.With the introduction of the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy,how to strengthen intellectual property talent training theory and practice has become a hot topic.Intellectual property talents,as a kind of multi-disciplinary talents,have different levels.Necessary investigation and research should be done regarding the status of social demands for intellectual property talents in specific regions as well as the training mode of such talents.
