Abstract

Intellectual economy is an kind of economy which is based on knowledge and creativity.Intellectual economy has seen an indication and its key point lies in the innovation of the knowledge and the training of innovative personnel.Education is tasked with personnel training,so it should shoulder the responsibility of innovative personnel training.This kind of education takes the training of new personality with innovative intention and ability as its aim,basic knowledge and advanced and new scientific and technical knowledge as its media,developing and comprehensive target as tools to evaluate education effects.
