Abstract

strains of endophytic fungi are isolated from inner bark and branches of Taxus yunnanensis With the analysis of TLC and test of HPLC,of 52 strains of endophtic fungi,19 strains can produce taxol and Taxane, among which the content of 8 strains of taxol is more than 1 The taxol yield of TAX-47(phoma) and TAX-49(phacodium) are 47 302μg/L and 31 06μg/L, respectively TAX-25(Ectostroma) can produce baccatin Ⅲ with the yield of 774 2μg/L These endophytic fungi are worth making a further study
