Abstract

The public spiritual display is advantageous to good governance of government,but the public spiritual formation and the display must be the foundation for good governance.At present,the government in promoting the process of good governance,We must respect the government and the community are the two establish adequate public spirit.The article elaborated in the public spirit and the harmonious social relevant foundation,Pointed out constructs the harmonious society to have to strengthen to the public spiritual cultivation.
