Core of Global Governance—Establishment of Public Spirit

The idea of global governance emerged to the society brings the huge stir.The authors think the core of the global governance is public spirit.Its connotation is “the public consciousness,the public concern and the public participation”.Simultaneously,the authors point out the situation occurring in China,which shows the lack of public spirit during executing the principle.Based on the analysis they also give us a method on how to build a public spirit—emphasizing the education of public spirit,building consummate legal system,and enhancing the cooperation among countries,in order to drive the development of the global governance in the future.
