On the Enhancement of the Public Spirit of Citizens

Abstract
The construction of harmonious society involves the cultivation of the public spirit. The initiation of the public spirit on the part of citizens is to comply with the need of economic globalization and social development as well as with the need of implementing the scientific outlook on development of putting man first. Nevertheless, some citizens are still short of public spirit nowadays, thus the cultivation of excellent public spirit should be tackled in the construction of harmonious society.
